MURAL & CO — RETURNS & REFUNDS

All Mural & Co wallpapers are made to order and printed on demand to your exact specifications (size, design, and finish). Because every piece is custom produced specifically for you, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, and we cannot issue refunds for change of mind, incorrect measurements, or ordering mistakes.

Please review your measurements, colors, and design carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions, email us at info@muralandco.com before you buy.

Order Cancellation

We start preparing and printing your custom order shortly after it is confirmed, so the cancellation window is short:

• Within 24 hours of payment: you may cancel for a full refund.
• Between 24 and 48 hours, and only if your order has not yet shipped: we can offer a 50% refund, because production has already started and the materials and printing have been committed.
• After 48 hours, or once your order has shipped: the order can no longer be canceled or refunded.

To cancel, email info@muralandco.com with your order number within the applicable window.

Damaged or Defective Items

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered due to an error on our side, contact us at info@muralandco.com within 14 days of delivery and include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos or a short video showing the defect and the packaging

Once we review and approve your claim, we will arrange a free replacement or a refund. Please do not send any item back to the manufacturer or to any address before contacting us, as this will void your claim. We will give you the correct instructions for your specific case.

Refunds

When a refund applies (a full cancellation within 24 hours, a 50% refund for a cancellation made between 24 and 48 hours before shipping, or an approved damage or defect claim), we will email you once we have reviewed your request. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or card issuer to post the credit. If you have not received an approved refund, check your account first, then contact your card issuer or bank, as posting times vary. If you still need help, email info@muralandco.com.
