MURAL & CO — TERMS OF SALE

1. About These Terms

Mural & Co (the "Site", www.muralandco.com) is operated by GROUPE VLA, a French simplified joint-stock company (Société par actions simplifiée), SIREN 981 824 634, with its registered office at 229 rue Saint-Honoré, 75001 Paris, France ("Mural & Co", "we", "us", or "our").

These Terms of Sale (the "Terms") govern every order placed on the Site. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full. The version of the Terms in effect at the time you place your order applies to that order. We may update these Terms at any time by posting a new version on the Site.

2. Eligibility

We sell to consumers in the United States only. By placing an order, you confirm that:

• you are at least 18 years old;
• you are ordering for personal, non-commercial use; and
• your delivery address is located in the United States.

Orders for resale or for professional/commercial use are not covered by these Terms. Professionals may contact us at info@muralandco.com.

3. Products: Made to Order

All Mural & Co wallpapers are custom, made-to-order products, printed on demand to the specifications you select (size, design, and finish). Each item is produced specifically for you and cannot be resold.

Because every product is custom made, all sales are final (see Section 8). Product images, videos, and samples are provided for illustration only. Minor variations in color and texture between what you see on screen and the printed product can occur and are not considered defects.

4. Prices

Prices are displayed in US dollars (USD) on each product page and at checkout. The price shown is the price you pay.

• Shipping is free on all orders.
• We ship on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. You will not be charged any import duties, customs fees, or brokerage charges on delivery.
• Prices do not include any state or local sales or use tax that may apply. Where we are required to collect such tax, it will be shown at checkout.

We may change our prices at any time. Your order is billed at the price displayed at the moment you place it.

5. Placing an Order

To order, you add one or more products to your cart, review your cart (products, price, and delivery details), accept these Terms, and proceed to payment. Submitting your order on the payment page creates a binding obligation to pay.

After payment, you receive an order confirmation by email at the address you provided. This confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. We may decline or cancel an order for any legitimate reason, including:

• an order that does not comply with these Terms;
• quantities that do not correspond to normal consumer use;
• non-payment or an unresolved dispute on a previous order;
• suspected fraud (based on consistent evidence); or
• failure of payment authorization.

If we decline or cancel your order before production, we refund any amount paid in full.

6. Payment

Payment is due in full at the time you place your order. We accept the following payment methods:

American Express, Apple Pay, credit and debit cards, Klarna, Mastercard, PayPal, Shop Pay, and Visa.

Klarna and PayPal payments are subject to the respective terms and eligibility conditions of those providers, which apply in addition to these Terms. Card payments are processed through a secure, SSL-encrypted payment platform. We may carry out a verification procedure on suspicious orders and request reasonable proof of identity before processing payment.

7. Production, Shipping, and Delivery

• Production and dispatch: we print and ship your order within 48 hours of order confirmation.
• Delivery: within 5 to 8 business days, via UPS only.
• Shipping is free, within the United States only, to the address you provide.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not liable for delivery failures, delays, or losses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. Because we ship DDP, no customs duties or import fees are payable by you.

8. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

8.1 Cancellations

Production of your custom order begins quickly, so the cancellation window is short:

• Within 24 hours of payment: you may cancel for a full refund.
• Between 24 and 48 hours, and only if the order has not yet shipped: we can offer a 50% refund, because production has already started and materials and printing have been committed.
• After 48 hours, or once the order has shipped: the order can no longer be canceled or refunded.

8.2 Returns: Final Sale

Because all products are custom made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges, and we cannot issue refunds for change of mind, incorrect measurements, or ordering mistakes. Please review your measurements, design, and finish carefully before ordering, and contact us with any questions before you buy.

8.3 Production Errors and Damaged Items

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, miscut, or otherwise not made as ordered due to an error on our side, contact us at info@muralandco.com within 14 days of delivery and include:

• your order number;
• a description of the problem; and
• clear photos or a short video showing the issue and the packaging.

Once we review and approve your claim, we will arrange a free replacement or a refund. Please do not send anything back before contacting us; unauthorized returns void the claim, and we will provide the correct instructions for your case.

8.4 Refunds

When a refund applies (a cancellation within the windows above, or an approved production-error claim), we issue it to your original payment method. We notify you by email once your request has been reviewed. Please allow several business days for your bank or card issuer to post the credit.

9. Product Quality and Warranties

We warrant that our products are free from production defects as described in Section 8.3, which sets out your sole remedy for any such defect. Given the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we provide no other warranties, express or implied, beyond those that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Intellectual Property

Trademarks, domain names, designs, images, videos, text, and any other content protected by intellectual property rights are and remain the exclusive property of Mural & Co or their respective owners. Your purchase does not transfer any intellectual property rights.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from improper use, installation, modification, or alteration of the products by you or a third party, nor for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

12. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, carrier disruptions, or supply interruptions. We will inform you of any such event as soon as reasonably possible.

13. Privacy

We process your personal data to handle your order, manage our relationship with you, and meet our legal obligations. For full details, including how we use your data and the rights you may have under applicable U.S. state privacy laws, please see our Privacy Policy on the Site.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

If a problem arises, please contact our Customer Service first at info@muralandco.com so we can work toward a prompt resolution.

These Terms are governed by French law, as Mural & Co is operated by GROUPE VLA, a French company, without depriving you, as a consumer, of the mandatory protections available to you under the laws of your U.S. state of residence.

15. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it will be deemed removed without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision.
