SHIPPING POLICY

Order processing

All orders are printed and shipped within 48 hours (2 business days) of order confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. During peak periods, processing may take slightly longer; if so, we will keep you informed.

For every order, you receive an order confirmation email, followed by a second email confirming shipment with your UPS tracking number.

Where we ship

Mural & Co ships exclusively within the United States.

Carrier and delivery times

We ship via UPS only.

• Processing and dispatch: within 48 hours (2 business days)
• Transit: 5 to 8 business days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly depending on destination and package size.

Duties and customs

We ship on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. No customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees are payable by you on delivery.

Shipping fees

Shipping is free on all orders. We may temporarily change or remove free shipping at our discretion; the shipping terms that apply to your order are those displayed at the time of purchase and at the order confirmation stage.

Delivery address

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. We cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
